I don't know if there's a official puller, I wrapped a rag around it and yanked it out with some pliers. It didn't damage anything and the new one hasn't leaked so far.

Mine wouldnt budge (and I have 19.5 inch arms) yanking on them with vice grips. What I did was use a bench vise with the sharp gripping plates (not the smooth surface ones) but I only tightened the vise gently, then rotated the fuel rail back and forth while pulling. It was a snap after figuring that out.

I recently did this: Spray some WD-40 down between the injector and the rail to loosen them up a bit, then gently place the plastic connector end in a bench vice. Holding on to the fuel rail (the pintles are facing you) rotate back and forth while gently pulling on the rail. Note the use of the word gently. They should pull out easy.
Good luck.
