question about putting on different rims

hey guys..i just put on a set of used 4th gen 99 se rims and theycome with 225 /16/50 kumho tires. The car seems to be a lot more sensitive to the road then before (i mean that bumps can sometimes cause my steering to drift) I was wondering if this is normal with wider tires...thanks for the info...

Re: question about putting on different rims

first off all you mean 225/50-16, no this is not normal if your saying that because of the wider tires your steering is effected, maybe if you had 40 series tires then your car will be more sensitive to bumps but i dont think 50 series would be any different than 65 series.

eh...since the profile is shorter you may absorb a little less of the bump through the tire and feel it in your *** but it shouldn't be THAT noticeable.

I had 225/50/16 tires on my other rims and they were great no problems at all!
