burnt headlight plugs

burnt headlight plugs
anyone know where i can get some good white headlights that won't pull to much power and fry out my headlight plugs. Its happened twice already and its getting annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

my vote is for Sylvannia(sp?) Silverstars...I think they are like 4100k or some ridiculously high intensity but run on stock wattage. very nice light IMO and won't burn harnesses!

Man for just bulbs
Im fine with the simple cool blues or something. Ill be damed to spend 50 bucks on light bulbs. Just my opinion

Lots of people talk about thier lights being burned out. I was wondering, what's the "life/hours" expectancy of PiAA H4s? I just got some and they are nice, but if they dont last.. might have been a bad investment...
