this was a result of a Jeep Grandwagoneer flying through a mall parking lot 2 years ago...4500 in damage...no idea how they said they can fix your for 3800...that's insane...

Dunno...but you think it was with aftermarkt parts? I dememded OEM Nissan parts...Maybe they didn't listen? Oh well, it's ALMOST donw and over now...I'll keep you up to dat with the lawsuit next month.

coulda been non OEM parts...did they give you a copy of the quote/estimate...it should break down what parts are to be used and what exactly is happening (replacing, fixing, painting etc.)...

i agree..done over with...new TT Z...good luck with the suit...
