noises

i just got hit with a nice sum of repairs. got a timing belt, water pump job, and i decided to go with a tune up while they had it in the shop. cost lil over 650 for everything. was driving around today, and it i kept hearing this noise, thought it was the fan belt, look under the hood and sure enough the belt is whining, yet they put a new one in. the guys are the place are trustworthy and have delt with the car for years. any ideas fellas?

Or under tightened. I had the A/C compressor replace in my car and it squeeled like a pic when the A/C first kicked in. The belt was too loose. Fine after I tightened it.
