been meaning to clean up the engine block, and pretty much most of the works around it. any one have suggestions for good products, degreasers of sort.

 

They've even started to stock it at Autozone in ready to use bottles.

once i got it decently clean it's lot easier to maintain. it was all those years of gunk buildup that took some time to clean out.

 

fosgate looked at your previous post thing. did u end up using the degreaser at the car wash, if so any tips i got a vg also

 

How much did a DIY degrease cost you guys??? Cause a degrease plus full wash and quick detail on my interior cost me $35 at a full service car wash here.

 

i just used the degreaser at the car wash. i just gently sprayed it on, let it set for a bit, then washed it off using low pressure water. total cost for the wash was like 5 bucks. it charged a dollar for 3 minutes of use. then i drove it around to dry off most of the water. got home and took a shop rag where there were dirty stuff left.

 

How many cans of degreaser??? How much do they usually go for???
