you want the first one. the second one is a cold air intake...i suppose you could make it work but that would take some hacking to fit right. the first one will just fit right in. if you can, get a better cone filter for it though...the one i got was crap. the filter part actually seperated from the chrome plastic end piece. since i paid such a low price for it i didnt expect great quality but that was pretty lame. you can go to most auto parts store and pick up a pretty decent cone filter that will fit
