When wet
I bought my sister's 1994 Maxima SE that is in great shape but seems to have a strange problem. When the car gets wet specially form a good undercarriage washing the car will not start. It acts like it is getting no fuel. I don't know what fuel components are around those areas. Has anyone else had this problem.

cracked distributor cap
If I haven't lost all my marbles, the 94's still have distributor caps; if that's so, and the problem is only happening when the engine compartment gets soaked, I'd say you've a cracked distributor cap that is allowing the rotor to get wet and short to ground or the coil wire isn't seated or grounding out.
Then again, I may have lost all my marbles and don't know what the *&#$ I'm talking about.
