When I start it up it goes put put put put put all the way up to about 3500 rpm then after that the sound goes away. I got this for the last couple days but it use to go away no it is constant. It fist happened the day I put my gauges in (later that evening) Then it idles under a 1000rpm then almost sounds like it wants to stall out then revs itself back up. It sounds so bad. could this be an exhaut leak.
I just had it tuned up, o2 sensor is good, I need to replace #1 injector, fuel lines, and exhaust manifold studs. could any of these be the cause to my go kart syndrome?

I'm 100% its the injector leak...thats how mine sounded when my #5 died. be carefule and don't drive anywhere really far I bet your injector is about to totally crap in in a few.

 

you should hear mine....no i STILL haven't gotten back in there to fix anything
