hey guys - i have lately noticed that my temp. guage doesnt go up, even when i drive up to NY which is about 200 miles from me.. at first i thought it would be because the car'z not warm or it takes too long to go up, but i figuered out it doesnt go up at all. anyone know the problem? someone told me there was a sensor by the coolant containter,, but i dont see anything?

 

does your heat work. if so there may be a fues for it try looking for that and if so it could be as simple as that.

I've got an even easier answer:

THERMOSTAT!

give it a try, worked for me. Now the guage shoots up in like two minutes and the heat cooks me out of the car.
