Exhaust Set-Up, some help

OK. I have a Y-pipe and my B-pipe is in the mail. I also have a test pipe, stock muffler and aftermarket strait through muffler. My question is should i do, AY,test,B,Stock) or BY,test,B,After) or CY,Cat,B,After)??? I kinda wanna do A but i read a post somewhere that if you dont have enough back pressure that you loose low end?? I know its gunna be loud too? so basically i want to ask if you will loose low end from not enough back-pressure?? I searched a little but didnt come up with much so. Thanks for the help.

Y, test pipe, b-pipe, and straight through. Keep the cat and bolt it on whenever you have to do emissions.
