Noisey Clutch pedal!!!

Hey all I have been trying to find out the cause of the squeeky clutch pedal? Everytime I push in the clutch pedal I get a squeeky noise that sounds like a large spring on a screen door being pulled!!!! If anybody as the same prob let me know what you did to fix it??

i had this problem a few weeks ago but it went away about a week ago i think it was just cold

yeah i had the same issue with my clutch pedal...I sprayed WD-40 on the top of the pedal where the spring connects to it and also on the spring itsself....this 4 months ago....no more squeaks...
