Shaved, how much did it cost to shave your handles - and do you have remote openers?

Send me a PM telling me ALL about 'em

i did all the work to my car myself. expect to pay an average of 150 per door to have the handles shaved and left in primer. expect to pay another 150 per door to have the door open with a solenoid and the price of the remote unit installed. most ppl do just front doors, i have seem people do rear doors remote, but to me it seems like a waste. make sure whoever does the work is reputable though. my friend had his handles shaved on an accord and after a year had the outline of the hole pop up on all 4 doors. the a$$ that did them self-tap screwed a metal plate over the hole and bondo's over them. ive also seen handles ground down and bondo'd over. ghetto stuff. a shop i know charges 80 bucks an hour for custom work. at that rate its at least 240 and up to shave the door, but their work is immaculate, you could never tell there was a hole there, before plastic work.

nope white is better than black, for a few reasons.
1) Shows body lines better
2) No water spots
3)

Very nice, damn sub-z's and stillen kit are too common. I might just stay as a stock looking 3rd gen to be different.

That 3rd Gen has been looking like that for a year and a half. Looks great to me. I like old school.

black has the stealthy look to it, shines the best when clean; people with clean/waterspot-less black cars arent lazy

Personally, I think brownish grey is the best color.
