Does anyone know of an easy way to check if the TPS is functioning correctly?
Thanks

you check the voltage between pins 1 and 2 on the conector it should read between 0.4 and 0.5 volts at idle and 4 volts at wide open and you do this with the car off but the ignition on. i did this last week and mine was at 0.7 at idle and 4.2 at wide open so i just loosed the 2 bolts that hold it on the tb and ajusted it till it was at 0.45 volts at idle and then tightened the bolts up and it was at 3.99 at wide open PERFECT but i didnt notice any diference so i dont think it has to be perfect
