Lcd display / heater temp on 91 se

Hi All, has anyone had a problem with the lcd display for the heater ?

sometimes it's on ...and sometimes it's off ? it does not appear to be a connection.. as seems tight ?

any thoughts would be appreciated.

Take a look at the threads, several posts have been made on how to correct the problem.

I was have the same problem on my 92SE until I replaced the brushes on the alternator. One brush was completely gone with the second close behind. New brushes cost apprx $20 and took about 1 hour.

Now the display is always on and bright.
