92SE with engine problems, what is it worth?

I have a 1992 SE, it had been missing on one cylinder for a while. I tracked it down to a burned valve. While replacing the burned valve on the "front,center" cylinder I decided to investigate the clicking sound from the rear cylinders. (Rebuild both VTC sprockets, not sure about results) After about 20 min of driving(no clicking) the power went away. The car sat for about 8 hours at work. On the way home it was as strong as I remember it ever being for about 15 minutes. Power dropped again and a different clicking began. By the time I got home it was running very rough.
Now the clicking is definately coming from the rear valve cover, near the chain.
My next step will probably be disassembling the engine to see what the damage is. But, a neighbor has shown some interest in buying the car as is.
Which makes me ask:
1. What is the car worth in present condition?

2. Anyone know where I might mind a complete VE for a reasonable price?
3. Anyone care to make an offer to buy this car?

hmm..does your neighbor konw about the conditoin of the car? would suck to sell a bad car to your NEIGHBOR. haha, and not to be critical or anything, but that picture isnt exactly inviting for someone to buy your car, it kinda looks like it ran off the road or something.... and the broken fog too. nice color though.

I blew my VE motor, and I was able to find a complete VE including manifolds, wiring, sensors, all the stuff attached to a complete motor, I paid $1200, it was from a local junk yard here where I live (So. Cali) I was told it was from a 94 and had 50,000 miles...that sounds good, but for all I know it could be from a 92 and have 250,000 miles, but regardless its been in the car for 12,000 miles and runs good.
advance the timing
heres how
ont eh drivers side, you will see a round sensor on the end of the intake cam {front set of cylinders}
take a 12mm socket, with the car running. loosen those nuts. turn the sensor towards the rear of the car/away from you. the engine should sound like it speeds up. if it doesn't sound like it. turn it the other direction.
one of these directions will advance timing.
this will cure the loss of power/tick = no power
worked on my 92 se
