Power window question, please help

Hey guys,
My front passenger power window is on the fritz. It will go down no problem by either driver or passenger switch. The problem is when I want it to go up. I have to hit the up button sometimes 20 times to get it to go up. It acts the same from both switches, while the rest of the windows are acting normally. When hitting the up switch trying to make it go up, I do hear the sound of like a relay click coming from the passenger side of the car. The regulator was replaced on this window not long ago. I need some help. Thanks for your help!!

No, its not the regulator. It is brand new. Once the window starts, it has no problem and acts normally. The problem is getting it to start. All I hear is that relay clicking sound when I push the switch...

I've been looking at the FSM. Not real cut and dried, but one common thing is that any control for the pass. window goes through the pass. window switch. Therefore if there is a contact problem in that switch it may cause the driver's door switch to malfunction too! I have a spare if you're looking.
