Trouble with fuel pump/turn signals

Hi, i have a black 92 nissan maxima gxe. I have just finished replacing everything and re-painting it, and i love her to death. I worked on it all winter and now the weather has just gotten nice enough to drive it. There is one problem though, when i turn the key the fuel pump fuse blows and the car starts but then dies because the pump stops pumping. I think some wires are crossed or something in the wire harness under the left fender. I think this because I was in an accident and that harness was exposed when the fender was ripped off. The other part is the turn signals dont work whatsoever, from the inside or outside. If you have any info that would possibly help me in solving these problems i would greatly appreciate it. Until then i will be asking around and tryin to fix it myself.

Thanks everyone

PS- I just got my 18's (Chrome) for it too, i cant wait to roll in her.
