Your catalytic convertors are getting clogged. Either Jegs or JC Whitney sells stuff that's supposed to clean them out, but I don't really know if it works... A new cat (maybe high-flow even...) would most likely solve your problem.

Bad Smell

I just got a random technology hi flow cat not even 2 months ago. How could it get clogged so quickly?

Rotten egg smell usually means bad catalytic converter.

www.warpspeedperformance.com sells a carsound high flow cat for $107.00 shipped. The smell should go away with this.
