installing clear corners...

Hey, I am interested in getting clear corners for my 93' Maxima and I was wondering is this something a "novice" could install? If anyone knows of any websites or resources I could look at, that would be greatly appreciated. Any help would be awesome, thanks!!

Re: installing clear corners...

first of all get a haynes manual, it will be a big help for future refrences to anyhting you need to know about your car, but to answer your question yes it is very easy, infact just 1 philips head screw and a miniature ball/socket joint, it just pops right out, go to southwestautoworks.comto buy them, it took probaly 3-4 days to get to my house, not the 7-10 it says.

if you want some pictures, check out my site http://www.prism.gatech.edu/~gte671n/mymax.html in the how-to for rewiring corners, it'll show you how to take them off

also check out all the FAQ sites in the "important" posts at the top of the forum including the online Chiltons manual

I remember back in the day when I first installed my clear corners. Piece of cake, did it without any instructions at all! It's a no-brainer man!
