noise from pulleys
I have a 94 SE VE 5 spd.
When my car is at idle I can hear a noise that sounds like a bad bearing in one of the pulleys. I can't pinpoint which pulley it is coming from since they are all so close together.
Is the idler pulley for the power steering pump/water pump or the idler pulley for the AC compressor known for going bad or making noise with old age. Or is the alternator, power steering pump or AC compressor pulley known for making noise or going bad.
Any information or diagnosis help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!

it's a bearing..they will eventually go bad. if you want to pin point which then start pulling belts until u hear it stop.
or stick a funnel in your ear and hold it close to the sound.
best thing to do is replace all the tensioner pullies.
