i need ve engine help

i have a 92 superblack se. my ve is hissing and vibrationg hard. i think that a valve is stuck open, cuz when i did a compression test on one cylinder i got less that 30psi of compression. i took it to my dad's shop and he said that i would need to replace the heads and regasket the whole engine, but he doesn't know because the engine is not over heating at all. i'm getting no check engine light and no signs of overheating.

if you got any suggestions i'm all ears

I dont know, it could be a lot of things. The only cheap thing that you could try is running a motor flush (follow the directions). Maybe a bad lifter not pumping up.

Use high octane gas, and add some injector cleaner or something else that claims to clean the valves.

Also with the max, you should only use 5W30 not 10W30. Nissan said to do this in one of their technical service bullitens.

Serriously, Man I just did an oil change on Sunday. And I put in synthetic 10W30. This shouldn't hurt anything, right??

nope, you'll be fine. You may want to switch over in the future.

You may notice that the engine may seem a little sluggish on 10W30 compared to 5W30
