Can't get an ignition coil out

One of the bolts holding it in is dulled and I can't use my socket wrench. It just spins and can't hold onto anything..
Any ideas how to get it off?

make sure you're using the correct size - 10 mm
try using a large phillips head screwdriver - #3 size
use vice grips on the bolt head and uncrew it, it shouldn't be in there that tight

I know craftsman makes some tools to help hold on to rounded bolts if the other things dont work

Re: Can't get an ignition coil out

try using needle-nose vice grips. If that doesn't work, cut straight slot for standard screwdriver into top of bolt. A cutting disk works best for that.
