Stereo Buzzzz!!!

When i turn my Stock stereo on I get this high pitch buzz comming from my Speakers. It ****es me off and whoever is in the car. I think it might be a bad ground, but i wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with this situation. When I have it on for 30min or more it goes away like something warms up.. Weird!!!
