resetting the ECU questions

I know that this has been posted before (because I saw it) but as always you can never find any thing when you need it. The question that I have is I have the Stillen upgraded ECU and I was wondering how do I reset it?
Thanks ahead of time.

Well I think its no different for a stock or stillen ECU (if that even exists), I think they just get it from JWT. Anywayz from my own experience the best way to reset the ECU is by unplugging the negative and positive for 24 hours.

So you need to take off both the positive and negative terminals huh? 24 hours huh? Is there anything that I need to do once its been off for 24 hours? Is there like a warm up thing that I have to do?
Thanks again for all you time!! Much mahalo (thank you in hawaiian) from the 808!!
