I just purchased a set of KYB front struts for my 90. Shoud I purchase the strut mount kits? And if so do they have to be KYB?

 

you probably dont need to replace your strut mounts necessarily, but if you have high mileage, it wouldn't hurt
look to see if yours look cracked or anything like that at the top of the strut tower in the engine bay

no, they dont have to be KYB, but you can get KYB strut mounts pretty cheap from TireRack

 

How do KYB feel. Is there a big difference? Where did you purchase them from?

 

I purchased a new set in the box on ebay for $50.00..

 

for the whole set ? if that so , its fuccin cheap !
