I keep hearing this whining noise from my 93 maxima gxe. I took it to a shop and they said its nothing to worry about, it's just the transmission. The sound is pretty loud. Would changing my transmission fluid get rid of this noise?

 

wouldn't hurt would it? how long has it been since you changed your fluid. every 30k probably what you should aim for, someone correct me if im wrong though

 

I shoot for 30,000 miles. Is the whining constant or does it change with engine RPM?
