i think u r the first 3gen max with the black out spray on the taillight.

i only saw it done on legend many times.

i think it is cool, but not black enough. what kind of spray you used and where did u get that? is it easy to take them off?

i saw one legend with the super midnight black out on his taillight looks really nice. maybe try that? but urs looks good.

better than those stupid European Clear Taillight follow Honda with the ugly clear tail light which doesn't match their car!

its a black out spray about $8 a can at speed and truck world. it was basically black when i first did it but over time it fades a little bit, as you picked up on.they key is just too stay far back and give it many coats. i did it all myself and am very happy with the results, its original and havent seen it done on our cars yet

I think it's tight dude.
But may look stupid on some color cars. Did you do it in the middle also, or do you have an SE with the black middle anyways? Howe many coats/cans did it take? if I messed up is it easy to scrape it off and try again?

blackout spray looks pretty good... but i love your paintjob... repainted? alot of the 3rd gens paint dont last long... mine only has a so=so sparkle

what kind of alum facing you get... looks sweet also... specially the gauge backing

the inside is just silver apray paint =) the car is original paint but i use nu finish car wash and polish best stuff ive evver used

the back out spray was used on both sides of the tailights and along the bottom that narrow line about 1 can will work use far sprays and lots of coats

dont mess up but in time it fades a little o well still looks good 4 now
