Ring Light around ignition

Does everybody have a ring that lights up around the ignition?

its not difficult. take the stuff apart, cut off the bubl socket, soder on a led /w resistor.

its not a LED in there, hence the need for a resistor, unless you have a special LED

What's wrong with yours? Doesn't light up? Have you checked the bulb?

Is there a standard light bulb around the door key or is it a led?

yea i busted mine the other day while working knocked the plastic ring to hard and it shattered....need to get anew one sometime...you think local nissan would keep in stock? it seems doubtful to me

do you remember the number of the bulb? It would be nice to have it handy before taking the door apart.

take apart the door? Sorry don't know the bulb number but I've seen it at Autozone.
