some thing smells

I started to notice that every time I accelerate once I'm on the road for example if I whant to pass, a car a smell coming from the front of the car, anybody knows what it might be

What type of smell? Are you sure it is coming from the front of the car? could be your exhaust, clogged cat-converter or a number of things. Like Chris said, describe it...

Its most likely time for a new Catalytic converter.
