I noticed it tonight. I was on the highway tonight going about 75 an when I tried to accellerate in 5th gear (about 2700rpm) and the engine kinda felt like it was tugging as it was accellerating. It was almost like the car was missing a fire. When I downshifted to 4th, it accellerated smoothly. Can anyone shed some light on this subject for me? Could it be clogged injectors? Bad plugs? Bad Gas? Tranny prob? gear prob? (hope its not the last two) Or maybe its just supposed to be like that? Not sure. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your missing under load, plugs can cause that. How long since you last changed them?

forums are raised from the dead because people get bored and look though them, or they search and unknownly try to help of something
