I recently installed white face guage overlays from ngthing (they look pretty good), and every guage works good, except the speedometer. I think I did everything right, but this is what it does:

It climbs real slow, like about a 4-5 second delay over my acceleration, and about a 7-8 second delay in deceleration. It is close to the right speed, but very annoying taking so long to register correctly. If I remember right, it should be real "loose", I mean rise and fall very fast, like real-time. Did I screw it up bad somehow?

Before you removed the needles, did you mark the line where the speedo needle was? I think for overlays, you have to calibrate the needles BEFORE you put the overlays on. In any case, I wouldn't know what to do. I would ask Ngthing about the problem though.

Good luck.
