Corner bulbs

I know this question has probably been asked in the past, and i used the search function and could not find anything. So, i was wondering if there was a way to rewire the 1157 bulbs in the corners so that the second filiment is always on, instead of just when i use the turn signal. I hate how dim my corners are regularly, they are supposed to look white but are a dim blue because only one filament is on.
