lifters i think....
lifters i think....
While my car is in drive and i accelerate there is a nasty clicking noise and as the rpms rise it get louder, the car runs fine it just is an annoying sound and embarrassing. It has been doin it since i got the car my guess is it is the lifters and they need to be re -adjusted. If anyone knows different let me know because i am not positive what to do??

Which eng. do you have? VG or VE?
The reason that I ask is that the VE has a known noise issue with the VTC sprockets. They can make a noise that can be mistaken for lifter noise.
