are you looking for a bumper replacement or just a lip that you add onto the existing bumper. I dont think there are any bumper replacements...one of them looks like it might be (maybe the kamanari...I know its an ugly one) but I dont think it actually is.

You can buy a stillen lip from stillen or several other places online. Or you can get the WW one from places online or I think Nismo1989 sells them too.

True, true! Well, if you are looking for a OME bumper, do a search online and you should be able to find one. I know I've seen them before on a couple of car parts sites.

speaking of front bumpers. I got a brand new aftermarket front bumper a couple of weeks ago for $29.95 from Certifit. They have a website (certifit.com) that gives their b&m locations plus their phone numbers. I picked mine up in New Orleans since its fairly close (3hrs) and my company is based there (used the excuse to drop some parts off at the office and visit the bosses).

Its a good quality bumper and hopefully it will fit right (looks just like the oem side by side with both of them off). If it doesnt then I will put it on my 92 and get an OEM for my 93 but figured for that price it was worth a try.

I got a rear one too but it wasnt as good a price at $59.95

here are a couple pics.

The bottom piece looks bent because of the way it was sitting but it will straighten out once I bolt it up.

Here is a link to their site for their B&M locations just put your mouse on the dot close to you and get their number and address.

This isnt a body shop price or anything. I just called them up and asked for the price then went and picked it up.

I really dont want to recomend the bumper until I get it put on to see how well it fits. It looks like it should be fine but you never know.

I should know in a week or so on how well it fits and will update this thread or another one after I do.

Havent you seen any of the kits? There are no bumper replacements for our cars. The stillen kit just attaches at the bottom groove of the bumper. The others are about the same.

Here is a pic of my car and since the bumper is primer then you can see the black stillen kit lip on there.

Oh and no comments about my 15s...I am so ready to get my 17s back on there...oh and paint the car of course...getting closer each day.

ok did you mean stillen lip or were you not reading my post lol.

I just want to be clear so that you dont think you will get a full bumper replacement with the stillen.

look in the faqs and there are some links to vendors where you can get the stillen lip. Like I mentioned in another of my posts you can get the WW (wings west) front lip too and I think nismo1989 sells them.

To me the Stillen is the nicest front lip but I like the WW lip too. I also like the modified WW front lip like some have but you dont want to attempt that unless you are willing to work with fiberglass.

do some searching and looking around.

check out http://maxima.cardomain.com in the 89-94 cars and look at the different kits.

Na I got it off the sale forum here a while back for $430 shipped new in the box.

You can get them for less than $500 shipped from some of the suppliers.

I think southwestautoworks and some of the others have them for less than $500 shipped.

I think you can get the lip for less than $200 shipped too if you check around.

for the kit painted and all look at Chris91SE and n34jz's site or a number of others that have the kit. They are on cardomain.

Mike-

thanks for the pics man. do you need the full body kit to make the stillen lip look good? Like will it look dorky with our side skirts and rear piece? opinion counts

It looks good with just the front lip too imho. I have just the front lip on my 92GXE and like the look. It really helps with the front of the SE and makes it actually look with the factory fog lights.

look here on page 7 of Chris' site he has some good shots of it at the bottom.

the only difference in the SE and GXE bumper is that the SE has the cutouts for the fog lights. You can actually cut the parts out of the GXE bumper to make it work with the SE fogs.

I have an SE and wanted to keep my fogs so I got the SE bumper with the cutouts.

yeah its fine but IMO I think the lip looks better with the foglights since they have basically a cut out in them for the lights.

I am not sure but think the Altima adapter is different from ours. I really havent researched it so cant give you a definate.

my suggestion is to use the search feature in the upper right of the page and see what you can find on it...if you find nothing then post a new thread since it will get better responses than being in a bumper thread.
