what is wrong?

what is wrong?
my anti-lock brake accuator keeps buzzing and vibrating, this continues to drain my battery what is this and how can i inexpensivly fix this problem

try pulling the abs fuse

i pulled the fuse and drove it around the block, when i came home the front wheels where extremely hot and the rotors and pads where smoking, what is wrong?
