For those Auto-Manual converted owners
we juss completeed a lengthy 4 month motor swap and 5speed conversion on a guy's 3rd gen. its a 91 Max with the VG motor. using the auto trans wiring harness. Could anyone provide some insight or info on what wiring and bypass we have to do for the car to crank? basically when we turn the key it doesnt even crank. any help at all would be great...we already have a FSM, for some reason it makes the wiring diagrams make me more confused...my 95 manual seems alot easier to read and understand. thanks alot!

I know EXACTLY what the problem is. Sorry for the late reply. Let me get some pics of it. It's called the "Inhibitor Relay (A/T Model)" in the Haynes manual, and it is located in the relay box in front of the battery. Basically, you have to remove the relay and put a jumper in to disable it. Without this jumper, the car will not turn over at all.

that shouldn't make any difference... the 91 and 92 are the same things, unless you're looking at VE/VG.
I'm assuming it's the circuit that says "Hey! I'm not in park! don't start me!".. probably more commonly called a starter inhibitor circuit.
