Electrical gurus "Headlight ?' Not the typical ?"

Looking for some answers about my headlights.
My problem is this about 4 months ago i installed my phillips hid kit in my 92 se everything was good til about 2 weeks ago as i had not driven the car for awhile due to it needing a clutch, replaced clutch. As im checking everything over i hit the headlights to make sure they still work and the only side that comes on is the "pass side" not drivers.I check over everything due the normal wiggle this, pull that, push in this nothing works, inow start looking at realys, fuses all is good but still nothing on "drivers side".

Things ive tried to fix problem
1) I replaced the headlight switch assymbly, brand new from "nissan"
2) Fuses, realys are all wroking normal none blown or not clicking etc.
3) Swapped the PASS side hid to drivers nothing
4) Put original DRIVER side hid on PASS side and it works!!!
5) Put hid's back to where i originally had them and i run a wire from the PASS side POSITIVE wire to the DRIVER positive headlight wire as a jumper wire still nothing,PASS SIDE lights up but not DRIVERS.. "Reason i did this is i had to do this before i got the new headlight switch assymbly so i could get both stock bulbs to come on,this was before i had the hid's."
I think thats it, but here's the kicker,I get the stock bulb and connector out, connect the positive and ground wire on the connector for the stock bulb to the same positive and ground wire i have for the hid turn the lights on and what happens the stock bulbLIGHTS UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! W.T.H.

Heres the break down:Both HID Ballast work,Both HID bulbs work,Both relays work, everything is connected and soldered correctly.

I guess the only thing left that i can think of is that maybe for some weird reason i may need to get a upgraded wire harness one that connects to the battery and all that, perhaps that i cant for some reason any more have both hid's running on the stock wires,"pulling to much power" MAYBE??? but its my understanding the hid pulls less power, watts, current than the stock bulbs..

Right now im at a loss on what to do next any help appreciated very much..
