How old is the batter? You could simply have a bad battery. Take it to any major auto parts store and have it checked to see if it is holding a charge.

New , it holds a charge . have recharged it many times... Looking for the procedure to hook up a meter or light to the batter and pull fuses to see whats causing the drain

car sits for a day without running and it drains?

either you have a major parasidic drain, or your battery is dead, and seeing as the first is abit more rare, go buy a new battery, or find one that you can borrow for a day or two and see what happens.

Also, the big, bold, underlined, red letters on the top of the screen, well you should read that, it contains all the info about the search

Easy to do. remove neg batt cable, hook up a test light between cable abd batt terminal. If it lights, you have a drain. You can check how much drain by testing with an amp meter. To see where the drain maybe coming from pull one fuse at a time untill the light goes out. Some things that will have a drain are the raido, computer, dome light, alarm. You may have more, but start with these.
I would have the battery tested with a load tester to see if it's good. Just testing with a vold meter won't tell you much.
