Bearing Noise? NO FAQ on this.

I bogged out my alternator about a month ago. Ever since I have had this weird bearing noise (Picture.....rolling a ball bearing inside a coffee can). Kind of like a weird loud scratchy noise that gets louder as I accel but goes away once I take my foot off the gas.

My alternator was toast, so I replaced it the sound however is still there. My AC works perfectly and I thought it could have been the AC system seeing as it;s right next to the alt.

I am lost and it's really ****ing annoying.

take off one belt at a time and run the engine. if the noise stop you know where the noise is.
