WOW.... Long time, no see ppl

HEY!, whats up everyone! i havent been on the max org site in a long time (its all blue.. wtf hehehe).
-anyway i just wanted to say hi and tell you that my maxima is still doing great! and now im back in school so maybe ill be able to chat it up on the org.

- this summer i replaced the entire sound system, If you have a failing bose system plzz.. save yourself .. and redo the entire system. its well worth the time and money, i put 6 1/2 audiobhans in the doors and 180 RMS powerakustics in the rear all hooked up to a 85x4 amp and my kenwood head.

- i replaced the axles this summer after almost 2 years of pop'ing. i broke tools doing this... but an easy job.

-im currently looking for a 240sx in bad condtion and building the money up to do a sr20 swap. so if your in the NYC area and you know a 240 for sale give me an IM

thanx guys ttyl

Hey man.

The 6 1/2 in the doors are round right? Did you make a custom bracket? I'm gonna do this eventually since I have a GXE with 4x6 speakers and I want bigger in there. Is 6 1/2 the maximum size that will fit? Thanks dude.

well for the speakers i just cut a piece of plywood in the shape of door holes ... made the holes for the old screws and a big hole about 5 inches wide for the speaker... but the speaker does not sit on that big hole... you need a spacer (so the back of them doesnt hit the window on the other side) for this i used the speaker braket that came with the 6 1/2's. it is used to hold the cage on the speaker but i turned it around and it worked as a spacer.... bolted my speakers up .. and done... if you need any mroe help plzzz IM me..

Hey nubiannupe good to hear from u too
