I'm currently working on something similar, but with a pair of Skyline mirrors I picked up off Ebay a year or so ago. That's just so I don't screw up my OEM mirrors in case they don't come out right. My thinking on the one's you linked to, is that they're probably for 4th gens. Double-check to be sure, though.

Personally, I think it's a rather interesting mod. But I'm sure there are the so-called "purists" that will hit the "flame on" button on ya... we'll see what happens.

(hey, e.... pm me. I've got a BIG favor I wanna ask of you)

Those lights will suit any car as they stick on the outside. I guess you feed the wiring in behind the mirrors. Looks pretty sharp in the photo although I think there too cheap to be true.
There's a company selling 4th gen mirrors with repeaters mounted within the mirror housing, but nothing for 3rd gens. Let us know how you get on as I've also thought about doing that as well.

Closest thing I can think of is WetWorks Garage, and they do it for $150. Looks cleaner than anything else I've seen tho...

I'd call and ask... I never wanted it for my car and I only knew about it because they had an E36 light setup that I was interested in for a while...
