cup holders

yea, mine are basically usless....Two on the inside of the door of the glovebox, each is about 1 cm deep. If you hit a slight bump or take a turn that requires you to turn the wheel more than 1/4 turn you've got a big mess.
It's pointless.

Cupholders

I have it on my '92 GXE. It can hold 2 cans, but one of those cans better be a V8 juice can as that's the only thing I found that fit.

While it pales in comparison to the cupholders in newer cars, it's better than nothing.

If you have a double-DIN radio (and don't have an accessory plugged into your cig lighter), you may want to consider one of those cupholders that plug into the cig lighter. I can't remember the name of the store at the mall, but it's like a Sharper Image store, you know where they sell interesting gadgets. If anybody lives in the Seattle area, it's that store in Bellevue Square on the first floor.

Again, it will only hold one 12 oz can, but better than nothing.

Yeah the cup holder SUCK! tough ****. The small one can hold a short latte from Starbucks or a Redbull. What really pisses me off about the cup holder is if you are using it you have to manuever (sp) around to work the steroe controls

Tom... where do you live? NW? Check out the NW forum to see what's happening in our neck of the woods. Maybe you have already seen it, oh well.

You mean you guys don't stuff your drinks between the pass seat and the parking brake?
how about lifting the lid for the center console and fabricating a cupholder to go inside there?

or simply do the guy thing and just stick the damn bee, errr-soda can between your legs.

I've still got my factory cupholder if anyone wants to make me a good offer on it. hehe

I live in Lake Stevens. Yes, I have checked out rhe NW forum and the pics from the meet at Southcenter Mall. Unfortunately, I found out the day after it took place as I was out of town for 2 weeks. Keep me posted.
