I have searched and find many post about the power door lock, but did find the same one with mine.

Just start from last Saturday, I unlock the driver door with the key, and then, when I open the door, the alarm went off. I tried to stop it, insert the key, doesnt work; turn the key to "ON" , still no use; finally, after I open the trunk with the key, the alarm stopped.

Coming with this problem, when I use the key on the driver side door, turn the key to the back one time, the driver door unlocked, one more time, nothing happened, the rest three doors did not unlock. I can use the key to lock all the doors from driver side door, but can not unlock all of them. But for the passenger side door, everything works fine. so if i want to get into the car without start the alarm, i must use the passenger side door

BTW, the problem went away in Monday, but it comes back again now.

Anybody have an ideal where is the problem, what should i do now?

 

sounds like the switch inside the lock cyl is failing to me. Either replace or bypass your call
