I can't quite make out this sound being made by my car. When I disengage the clutch out of 1st gear and into 2nd gear and then goes away. it makes this kazoo whistling type noise. I am new to this car so I am not familar with it. Not sure if this is normal doesn't sound like it. The clutch was replaced about 800 miles ago. Wondering if they didn't resurface the flywheel would it cause this noise. I know my Z didn't make that noise. Also are there any aftermarket ECU's for the 3rd gen maxima. Appreciate any helpful replies, sorry if my post is to vague.

 

never heard a kazoo noise. where does it come from ? as far as the ecu i believe jim wolf technologies makes one.

 

could amybe be tranny bearings but that would sound more like a grinding
