I just installed ventshades on my 89 Maxima SE and I ran to into this problem: The passanger window is having a bit of a problem rolling up into the weatherstrip. This window has been giving me problems for some time now, it kinda tilts foward as it is going up, then goes right up into the split. I had this problem before putting in the ventshades, and it seems to still be happening. I went to my mechanic and he fixed it up a bit, but he said that I should invest in some new weather strip. I would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem before, or if there are any tips on how I should fix it.

you dont need new weather stripping at all, just put like silicon gel in there or i used this vinols cleaner shiner stuff that cleans dashes i sprayed it in there, or i think you could even use wd-40. anything that lubes up the track that the window follows
