exhaust question???

exhaust question???

i need to replace my cat-back... however im not big into the loud mufflers that everyone has these days. i want something that will improve my ride but without the rumble? any such product?????

and im sure this has been posted before somehwere so if it has please dont bust my *****, i hate using the search i never find what im looking for...

I tried using the search function from a friends house, my house, and school and it doesent work for s*!&~! They need to fix that function.

you could just drop by any exhaust shop and they can do a custom cat back with a cheap muffler that won't be too loud for pretty cheap. if you want some noise i would suggest a magnaflow muffler. looks great and sounds great and all for a very decent price (where i got it at least).

works fine for me

back on subject, yeah i second that magnaflow recommendation. if you don't want drone, however, stay away from straight through design mufflers.

mine actually doesn't drone much at all. i have the oval design so that probably helps a bit more than the round ones due more sound deadening material being able to be put in.

one loud ***** and a lot of drone however good compliments are received. i did something similar to my car once since my muffler fell off due to rust and everyone loved the sound but my aching head didn't since i had to drive the thing.

the way i see it:

crazy no-muffler noise + loud music = bigger headache
