Upper Radiator Hose Leak Question

My upper radiator hose has a pin sized leak in it and is spraying coolant on my pulley belts. I was wondering where should I get a replacement hose. The dealer or should I just hit a Pep Boys or AutoZone and get a radiator hose from there, trim it and call it a day? Also, how hard is it to replace the hose under that? It's not the U-shaped hose but rather the hose that is connected to metal pipes and you can't squeeze the hose because it seems that the hose has metal frames inside of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated and YES I USED THE SEARCH FUNCTION !!!

I had the same problem last year. I bought the hose from an Autozone. Took me about an half an hour to change it out. Make sure you get all the air out of your system before you drive it. I found out the hard way and my temp gauge was going crazy.

I bought an aftermarket hose, and while it fits it does not fit well. It was a very tight/awkward fit.

I would get the OEM hose from the dealer. It's your best bet and will last forever.

Let the engine run with the radiator cap off once you have refilled the engine .
once the engine gets up to operating temp top off antifreeze.
and viola! no air bubbles
don't forget to put the radiator cap back on
