tranny

My tranny is way hard to shift from 1st to 2nd gear i just replaced my old tranny with a used one and they were both hard to shift???? does anyone have a clue?

maybe the bushing inside the shifter is no good.

It might be the bushing as 5 speed said, or could be the linkage all together...
