What are my options with 2" lowering springs? People have told me that I need a shortend strut, supposedly tokico is shortened. What about KYB? or just a regular factory replacement monroe or something like that? If I do use stock struts will I destroy them in no time or bottom out a bunch or what? I just need to figure out what to buy so I can get my springs in. thanks

WOW!

2"!!! that is low my fellow MAX owner. Umm, Tokicos will bottom out with that low of a spring. Best and only way to be safe is getting the adjustable KONIs and modifing the stock stru housing. In any case setting the KONIs to a FIRM setting will make the car bouncy, but you should not bottom out.

the konis are freaken expensive. thats my only option? Maybe I will try it for a while on the stock struts and see what happens. Do you have to modify the housing with all konis? what if I got an adjustable monroe strut?
